Workers' accommodation in Darmstadt – your own studio, not a shared room

For installation work, construction sites or project assignments in Darmstadt we offer more than a typical workers' room: every person gets their own studio with private bathroom and kitchenette. All seven studios are in the same house at Jahnstraße 1 – handy when you travel as a team.

Private bathroom and kitchen – even on long assignments

No shared bathroom, no communal kitchen: each studio is a small self-contained flat with double bed, bathroom, kitchenette with hob, fridge and tableware, and Wi-Fi. After work you cook for yourself and have your peace. Each studio sleeps up to two.

For teams: several studios in one house

With seven studios at one address you can house a whole crew together. Request several studios in one go by email to info@bsginvest.de or by phone at +49 6151 800 7838 – we check availability for the whole period. Single studios can be booked online from two nights.

Parking, laundry and arrival

  • Parking: free parking on the street; paid spaces on the premises on request.
  • Laundry: washing machine and dryer in the building for a fee.
  • Arrival: self check-in with a personal access code, accessible around the clock; regular check-in 3–8 pm, check-out by 11 am.
  • Receipt: payment receipt by email; an invoice with company details on request.

Location

Jahnstraße is in Bessungen, south of the city centre. Main station approx. 2.2 km, Merck KGaA approx. 4.0 km, Frankfurt Airport approx. 19.6 km (straight-line); the tram stops approx. 100 m from the house. For assignments over four weeks see Long stay in Darmstadt.
