For project teams and work crews: several studios in one building

Seven studios at one address make planning easy for teams. Each person has their own studio with private bathroom and kitchenette – a noticeable difference from shared rooms on longer assignments. If you need contractor accommodation in Darmstadt, it is best to request several studios together by email at info@bsginvest.de; we will then check availability for the whole period.

If you arrive by vehicle, there is free on-street parking; paid parking spaces on the property are also available – please ask in advance. For work clothes, a washing machine and dryer are available in the building for a fee.

Flexible arrival with self check-in

Business appointments rarely stick to reception hours. After online check-in you receive your personal access code, giving you access to your studio around the clock. Regular check-in time is 15:00 to 20:00, check-out by 11:00. If you still have meetings on your departure day, you can leave your luggage by arrangement.

We answer questions quickly: on Airbnb our response rate is 100 %, and we usually reply within an hour.

Booking, payment and receipt

You book online, see the total price including all fees and pay securely via Stripe. After payment you see your booking confirmation immediately and receive the payment receipt by email. If you need an invoice with company details for your expense claim, just let us know.

Can I book several studios for my team?
Yes. All seven studios are in the same building. For team and group bookings, send us an email with your dates and the number of people – each studio is designed for up to two people.
Is there a workspace and Wi-Fi?
Yes, every studio has a workspace and Wi-Fi. Studio 3 and Studio 5 have a separate desk.
How far is it to EUMETSAT and ESA ESOC?
EUMETSAT is approx. 1.8 km away as the crow flies, ESA ESOC on Robert-Bosch-Straße approx. 2.5 km. Merck KGaA on Frankfurter Straße is approx. 4.0 km away.
Will I get a receipt for my expense claim?
After payment you automatically receive a payment receipt by email. If you need an invoice with company details, please give us these in the notes field when booking or write to us.
Can I still check in after a late meeting?
Yes. Regular check-in time is 15:00 to 20:00, but with your access code the studio is accessible around the clock. Please let us know in advance if you will be arriving late.
