Airbnb in Darmstadt – book the same studios directly with the host

If you search for “Airbnb Darmstadt”, you will find, among others, our listings “Darmstadt Orangerie Studio 1” to “Studio 7 – BSG Living”. We rent out these seven studios at Jahnstraße 1 ourselves – and on this website you can book them directly with us: the same studios, the same team on site, the same check-in, just without a platform in between and at the lower direct rate. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.; this website is not an offer by Airbnb.

What's different when you book direct?

Nothing changes about the studio itself – you stay in the same accommodation with the same amenities. The differences are in price, payment and terms:

  • Price: Booking direct, you won't find it cheaper anywhere. The amount shown is the total price including all fees.
  • Payment: You pay securely via the payment provider Stripe, in full at the time of booking.
  • Terms: Our terms and conditions (AGB, German) apply, including the cancellation policy – not the terms, guarantees or refund programmes of a booking platform.
  • Contact: You deal directly with us as your host, by email or phone.

Why booking direct costs less

Booking platforms charge commissions and fees for their services. When you book direct, we don't incur these costs – and we pass part of the savings on to you as a direct booking discount.

Booking direct has another advantage: your questions come straight to us, and we can arrange requests such as a later arrival or storing your luggage directly with you.
