Looking for an apartment in Darmstadt for a few nights, several weeks or a longer assignment? At Jahnstraße 1 in Bessungen we rent out seven fully furnished studio apartments for up to two guests each – with private bathroom, kitchenette, workspace and Wi-Fi. You book from two nights directly with us as the host, no platform in between.

A studio apartment instead of a hotel room

Each apartment is a small self-contained flat: double bed with fresh linen, private bathroom with towels, kitchenette with hob, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and tableware, plus a table for eating and working, TV and wardrobe. Arrive when it suits you – self check-in with a personal access code – and cater for yourself like at home.

Short or long: from 2 nights to several months

The minimum stay is two nights. There is no fixed upper limit: for stays of 28 nights or more see our page Long stay in Darmstadt. Electricity, heating and Wi-Fi are included – you pay one total price including all fees.

The Orangerie tram stop is approx. 100 m from the house, the Orangerie garden approx. 300 m. Luisenplatz is approx. 1.5 km away, the main station approx. 2.2 km and TU Darmstadt (city campus) approx. 1.8 km (straight-line distances). Free parking is available on the street.
