Book direct: lower price, clear total

When you book here on the website, your price is calculated directly from our booking system – you won't find the same studio cheaper anywhere. The amount displayed is the total price including all fees – there are no booking-platform service fees.

A hotel alternative: what you get

Instead of just a bedroom, you get a small apartment: double bed, wardrobe, a table for eating and working, TV and your own kitchenette. Bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel and coffee are included.

  • Tram instead of taxi: The Orangerie stop is approx. 100 m away. Many places in Bessungen and the city centre are also reachable on foot or by bike.

An honest comparison: what you do without

For us, budget-friendly doesn't mean keeping anything quiet. There is no traditional reception and no permanent staff on site – if you have questions, you can reach us by email and phone.

The building is a residential building with several households. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00 and parties are not allowed – which benefits all guests.

The price depends on your dates. Each studio's calendar shows the price per night, and before booking you see the total price including all fees – already at the lower direct rate.
Are there extra cleaning or service fees?
No. The total price shown is the final price including all fees. Additional costs only apply to extras you choose to use, such as the washing machine and dryer in the building or a parking space on the property.
Why is booking direct cheaper?
Booking through a platform involves commissions and fees. When you book directly with us, we pass part of these savings on to you as a lower direct rate.
Is there free parking?
Yes, there is free on-street parking. There are also paid parking spaces on the property – please ask us about availability in advance.
Can I book just one night?
No, our studios can be booked from 2 nights. Ideal for a weekend from Friday to Sunday or a short work trip.
