- **When can I check in and check out?** Arrival is planned between 15:00 and 20:00, check-out is by 11:00. Thanks to the access code, your studio is accessible around the clock. If you arrive early or leave late, you can drop off your luggage by arrangement.
- **How does check-in work?** A few days before your arrival you receive a link to our online check-in, where you enter the required guest details. You then get your personal access code – no key handover needed.
- **Is there parking?** Yes. There is free on-street parking, although spaces directly in front of the building are not always available. There are also paid parking spaces on the property – please ask in advance if you need one.
- **Can I stay longer?** Yes, long stays of 28 nights or more are possible. A washing machine and dryer in the building (for a fee) and cleaning during your stay make everyday life easier. - **How do I cancel?** You can find the cancellation terms in our terms and conditions (AGB). Please send any cancellation by email to info@bsginvest.de. Under German law, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a fixed period.
- **How do I pay?** You pay the full amount when booking, securely via our payment provider Stripe. The available payment methods are shown at the payment step. The price displayed is the total price including all fees.
- **Why is there a discount for booking direct?** Booking platforms charge commissions and fees. When you book directly with us, these costs fall away – and we pass part of the savings on to you as a lower direct rate. The studios, amenities and the local team are the same as on Airbnb.
- **Can I work in the studio?** Yes. Every studio has a workspace and Wi-Fi. Studio 3 and Studio 5 have a separate desk, and Studio 4 has a large wooden table.
- **How do I get there by public transport?** The Orangerie tram stop is approx. 100 m from the building, with direct connections to the city centre. Darmstadt Hauptbahnhof (main station) is approx. 2.2 km away (as the crow flies) and offers good connections to Frankfurt, Mannheim and Heidelberg.
- **Are there staff or cameras on site?** There is no reception or permanent staff – our digital guest service is available to you by email and phone. There are no surveillance cameras in the outdoor areas of the property.
