# Airbnb in Darmstadt – book the same studios directly with the host If you search for “Airbnb Darmstadt”, you will find, among others, our listings “Darmstadt Orangerie Studio 1” to “Studio 7 – BSG Living”. We rent out these seven studios at Jahnstraße 1 ourselves – and on this website you can book them directly with us: the same studios, the same team on site, the same check-in, just without a platform in between and at the lower direct rate. Airbnb is a trademark of Airbnb, Inc.; this website is not an offer by Airbnb. ## Same studios, same reviews Our studios are listed on Airbnb as “Darmstadt Orangerie Studio 1” to “Studio 7”. Guests there have rated them 4.78 out of 5 stars on average, from 37 reviews (as of October 2026). We show these review texts here as well – in the original or in Airbnb's automatic translation, with source and month. The categories as a weighted average: - Check-in: 4.95 - Communication: 4.94 - Cleanliness: 4.76 - Accuracy: 4.74 - Location: 4.73 - Value: 4.63 ## What's different when you book direct? Nothing changes about the studio itself – you stay in the same accommodation with the same amenities. The differences are in price, payment and terms: - **Price:** Booking direct, you won't find it cheaper anywhere. The amount shown is the total price including all fees. - **Payment:** You pay securely via the payment provider Stripe, in full at the time of booking. - **Terms:** Our [terms and conditions (AGB, German)](https://darmstadt-ferienwohnung.de/agb) apply, including the cancellation policy – not the terms, guarantees or refund programmes of a booking platform. - **Contact:** You deal directly with us as your host, by email or phone. ## Why booking direct costs less Booking platforms charge commissions and fees for their services. When you book direct, we don't incur these costs – and we pass part of the savings on to you as a direct booking discount. Booking direct has another advantage: your questions come straight to us, and we can arrange requests such as a later arrival or storing your luggage directly with you. ## Our studios in Darmstadt-Bessungen All seven studios are in the same building at Jahnstraße 1, approx. 100 m from the Orangerie tram stop and approx. 300 m from the Orangerie garden.
